On Paid time at the University of Montana, a Government Funded State Entity. Over 16 months of watching all I read, threatening and harassing me and the University of Montana Police, the Hamilton Montana Authorities, Judge Robin Clute, Lincoln County Attorney Bernie Cassidy and more in the State of Montana do Nothing to hold this man accountable. Montana Victims have no rights, Stalker have the Rights and in the State of Montana Protective Orders are NOT Mutual.
