It is the state court where felonies, and appeals from the Justice or County Court are heard.
Justice Court where Jim Bailey, Robin Clute preside for county misdemeanors and small claims.
it is also a place where George Corn tells Robin Clute and Jim Bailey how to rule.
this is no joke, take it from someone who was shafted by both, easily seen how the reins go directly to the back to the Ravalli County Attorney Office: where Corn is in the Can.

It is encouraged that as many residents as possible observe the court proceedings in any Ravalli Court. Public Viewing means these judges and JP's don't operate in the dark.
It might shock you to see non probable cause, leading witnesses, and giving away of justice by Judge Langton, and others.

Ravalli County HELL Hole for Protective Orders. Judge Robin Clute is Corrupt and Does Not Obey Montana State Law.
"Of interest is the categories in other counties for Order of Protection (OOP).
Ravalli County does not list
Intimidation (this is a lucrative area for Felonies in Ravalli County, why issue OOP?)
Endanngerment (same)
Arson (or threat of) (an easy "get" for RCAO, law enforcement; Brad Palin, RIP)
We are supposed to just "suck it up" and not have our taxes pay to protect us. Why are we so different than a different county in Montana, we share two constitutions?
These Justices are also above parking violations in the City of Hamilton---not for long. A conversation which occurred in chambers in Ravalli County: (we will protect the guilty: no names given)
"If you defend your client in this case, you will never practice law again in Ravalli County"
a separate defense attorney said:
"if you don't play ball, they won't let you work in Ravalli County again."
