"In My Opinion Judge Robin Clute has Violated my Human Rights, Discriminated Against me and Put my Life in Danger.

I mean no disrespect to the Honorable Judge Robin Clute, However, I feel that I have been violated, disrespected and my life put in Danger. I feel I have been discriminated against and that Robin Clute has put my life in a very precarious place, now this Man.. this Sean Boushiewho I have proved is Stalking me, now he can walk right up to me and yet I have to stay 1500 feet from him.

He is Dangerous, he has written foul threats online about me, he has threatened to permanently put me down, he has a Concealed Carry Permit. Sean Boushie Collects Guns, Makes Guns, Brags of How Much ammunition he carries.

Judge Haynes said if he was not my boyfriend, not a family member he could not give me a protective order. I was denied Protection in Ravalli County and now I have to go back there as if I am the aggressor. What is Wrong with this Picture? Do I have no Rights what so ever?Why?

Their is an Item on the Protective Order Issued by Robin Clute that claims there is an email from a S.M. - and that I put this guy up to that email. This email was sent, and Sean Boushiedid file in the Lincoln County Courts over that. I certainly did not put the guy up to it. The thing is the Email was not sent to Sean Boushie, the email was sent to No One.

My death Threat came from the Email Address CrystalCoxIsABitch@Yahoo.com - this S. M. Guy sent an email to that account, telling that person whoever it was, the mystery person, the guy who threatening to Permanently Put me Down and bragged about his hatred and how much ammo he carries... telling this person what he thought of them. The next thing you know Sean Boushie surfaces and calls the local cops in Eureka Montana to file a Report against this guy.

Obviously the immediate question that arises is how did Sean Boushie get that email. How did he Check that particular email account, assume the message was for him and then file a report and why in the world would Law Enforcement let him file a report claiming he was threatened if he did not own that email account that sent me a Death Threat. And now my Protective Order violating my Human Rights, given by Judge Robin Clute, this order claims that there is evidence to this email that was given with the judgement, the request to be protected from me due to a claim of a fear of safety. Did Robin Clute get this email, is it in her file, this directly ties Sean Boushie to my Death Threat and now she has issued a Protective Order for Him, against me.

I don't know if Ravalli County Judges Hate Woman in general or if it is just me. I don't know if Judge Haynes was within bounds on local law, or denied me for political reasons NOT connected to me. I don't know if Robin Clute was in bounds within the law with giving her order of protection. I do know that She has stripped me of all rights, as I have to stay away from a Man I have not seen in 14 years, don't know what he looks like these days, don't know what he drives, and he has given Robin Clute Photos of me, he certainly knows what I look like and can legally walk right up to me. With This I feel violated in ways I cannot begin to describe and a Woman Judge, Shocking .. really shocking... No Justice ..

Yahoo can and will soon verify what IP address checked this email, it was certainly nothing to do with me. The Courts will eventually have to turn over Sean Boushie's report to someone and this will all come out into the Court System.

Until Then Judge Clute has left me helpless and I want you folks of Hamilton of Montana to know this, there is reports the day I was in Hamilton to get Protection, there is video and signed documents of me being Denied, and Now this.. the Honorable Judge Clute has givenSean Boushie Protection from Me, I have NEVER ever threatened to do anything to him, never been to his home, never been up to his car, never spoke to him. He harasses me, sends me cease and desist letter for talking about his letter to the editor on my blog, emails me hate, endangers me, THREATENS me and then tells a Hamilton Judge he fears me and he is Given an Order of Protection.

After a Month of Trying to Get Protection to protect me FROM Sean Boushie, after talking to Hamilton Police, Missoula Police, University of Montana Police and Being Denied a Right to Protection by Judge Haynes in Hamilton, in writing, and being denied a protective order in Eureka due to lack of evidence at that time.. now all he has to do is make stuff up about me, say he is scared of me and Judge Clute gives him and Order of Protection. Don't let Robin Clute's appearance of everythings fine fool you, she is bought and paid for by the Ravalli County "Justice System".

She is not interested in your family's justice, but obeying what she "thinks" is the law in Montana. We remind her that Article II section 4 is individual dignity which includes equal protection, something she defers to her former Boss, George Corn, the Ravalli County Attorney.

Ms. Robin Clute is a former clerk to a Judge in Seattle, WA. She is also a former employee to George H. Corn, Ravalli County Prosecutor since January 1991. Ms. Robin Clute regularly calls Mr. Corn for legal advice, and in so doing is compromised from being an independent judiciary.

Just like the Television show "Millionaire" Ravalli Co. Justice Robin Clute has "lifelines" to call when she doesn't know what to do. This is all the time. Robin Clute's lifelines all call the Ravalli County Attorney's Office and ask for George Corn.

The excessive bail is the word of the summer of 2009. Robin Clute does not have a clue....it evident. We don't need a $50,000 question, we already know the answer.

In 2010, Robin Clute did not change the Ravalli County Atty. suggestion of $200,000 for conspiracy to assault (that's right, no one died, no major property loss, no safety issue to community).

It is really an assault on Montana Law, approved by the voters: Medical Pot in 2004. A JP like Robin Clute who does not respect the law, or the sworn constitutional oaths is a danger to society.

Excess bail (8th Amendment) was the New York Times and Missoulian reason for the 4 inmate suicides [2/13/05 NYT article by Butterfield Fox].

JP Robin Clute was in office, and directly responsible for the atmosphere of suicide in the county (twice national rate), and in Detention Center in 2005. We have no independent justice with Robin Clute, and Robin Clute is dangerous to your family's well being if she cannot uphold or understand the judicial process.

Justice is rarely served in Robin Clute 's courtroom, a big problem in Ravalli County where everything "works together. Independence is what a judge is supposed to be, however, Robin Clute does not offer it to the Bitterroot Valley.

Robin Clute Ravalli County JP did refuse a order of protection to facilitate malicious prosecution by George Corn.

JP Robin Clute should not be reelected in 2010. Robin Clute barely won the last election in 2006 by only 2,000 votes.

Justice is in danger when JP Robin Clute presides in a Ravalli County courtroom. Robin Clute has issued an order of protection for a death threat issuer to prove Ravalli County has no justice while she is on the bench.

If you own a firearm, this is good reason to vote for a Judge SABO in 2010 for this job. Justice Clute has taken the carry permit, and seized a firearm from a guide, without cause, or warrant.

Accusing me of Buying Off a Judge? Why?

Well Judge Stormy Langston in Eureka Montana, was the first to see my Death Threat within the Montana Judicial System. She was at the Town of Eureka as the City Judge that Day, she agreed it was Sean Boushie and Said she would definately give me a protectiive order, she said fill out the paperwork and come back and see her the next day.

So I Did

When I Returned it she said, well you can't prove it was him so I can't give you the paperwork, I told her how to contact google and how to easily prove it, she refused..

So about a Month passed, During this time I tried to get help from many you see the stories of that on this blog.. I was Denied protection by all on this Blog and even a District Court Judge, Judge Hayne in Hamilton Montana.

Then out of No where I was served a Protective Order, he had got the Corrupt Judge Robin Clute out of Hamilton Montana to Give him an Illegal Protective Order. Once this happened I called Stormy Langston at her home and begged her to make it mutual, she then did that next Monday.

During her Court Proceeding Sean Boushie lied again and again and proved nothing, he brouth my stats as proof of his innocence, he begged to still look at my blogs every day.. It was MY HEARING and the Corrupt County Clerks gave him water and treated him like a king as did Ron Duram who is the Father of Neil Durham local Highway Patrol who is good friends with the Boushie Family and Mary Duram who runs the Town of Eureka... I was the VICTIM and proved it and the all came in in support of the Criminal..

So Stormy Langston Gave the Order.. and Well After Judge Robin Clutes Corrupt Court - I was in Desperate Fear of My Life and I Left Town, I took a job in another state, during this Time I Found out MUCH - MUCH later, Sean Boushie had got the Corrupt Judge Michael Prezeau to over turn Stormy Langston's Protective Order. I was NOT served, Did not Know of the Court Proceedings and was OUT of State when The Corrupt Judge Prezeau put my life in Danger WITHOUT my KNOWLEDGE.

Meanwhile he GOT a Years protection where I was not to blog on him, talk to police or come any where near him as he SAID he was in Fear of His life.

Yet I had never spoke to the Man, so the Fear was a Lie. Just like the LIES he told to the CORRUPT Judge Stormy Langston to get a Protective Order Against Paul Stramer in Lincoln County though he lived in Ravalli County - he lied about guns flashing at Rendezvous - lied about moving back to Eureka though he no intention to and STORMY Langston would not let me testify on Paul's behalf though I could proof Sean was the Dangerous one. So why Protect Sean Boushie? Well to Shut Me Up, Cover the Ass of the Corrupt Law Enforcement and Silence Paul Stramer.

I Have kept this diary to protect myself as I thought I would have to release it during my Order as his threat and defamation had spread to others and I feared their livlihood, real estate sales and safety. So I kept this journal that you are Now able to See in Full.

So Is There an Honest Civil Rights Attorney, Human Rights Attorney that would like to make Millions Suing ALL on this Montana Corruption Blog for Defaming Me, Endangering My Life, Ruining My Quality of Life and So far putting me under Major duress for over a year now?
